How to request deletion

1. Email jessewatts99@gmail.com with the subject Koan data deletion request.
2. Include the email address you use with Koan and identify any connected brand, Meta Business account, or advertising account relevant to the request. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
3. We will verify the request and confirm when the applicable information has been deleted or disconnected. We aim to respond within 30 days.

What the request covers

A verified request may cover account profile information, saved brand and campaign data, uploaded creative, approval data, and stored credentials associated with connected services. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment or defence of legal claims.

Disconnect Meta access

You may also remove Koan's access through your Meta account's business integrations settings. Removing the integration stops future access but may not delete information already stored in Koan, so email us if you also want that information deleted.
