These terms govern access to and use of Koan's campaign and creative workspace.

Using Koan
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate information when using Koan. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your access secure.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Koan the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that content to provide the features and actions you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights required to use and share the content you provide.
Connected services
Koan may connect with third-party services such as Meta. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, permissions, and platform rules. You are responsible for reviewing campaign settings, budgets, audiences, creative, and destinations before publishing.
Generated content
Koan may help generate or recommend creative and campaign materials. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, suitability, rights clearance, and compliance before using or publishing them.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Koan, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, infringe another person's rights, or use the service in violation of applicable law or connected-platform policies.
Service availability
Koan is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and access may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Koan is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
